    IMT Residential is hiring a Service Coordinator for 5401 Chimney Rock, 970-unit community in Houston.

    Position Overview

    As a Service Coordinator, you will provide outstanding customer service to our residents.  You will be the person in charge of collecting maintenance service requests, ensuring they are logged properly in our system, and communicating requests with the maintenance team.  Being helpful and responsive to residents’ needs will help ensure that they experience a high quality of community living and feeling of home.  Utilizing strong organizational and follow-up skills, you will be an integral part of helping the maintenance associates perform their jobs well.

    • Communicate with residents in person, by phone and by email
    • Take maintenance service requests and bring any urgent issues to the maintenance team's attention
    • Enter and close out service request in the MRI software system
    • Assist the Service Manager with maintenance scheduling and contacting vendors
    • Additional projects and/​or duties as assigned by the Community Manager and Service Manager

    Please apply if you have:

    • 1+ years customer service experience
    • Basic maintenance knowledge is a plus
    • The ability to connect with a variety of people
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
