    Position Overview

    As the Resident Services Coordinator you will provide outstanding customer service to our residents.   Your objective is to drive resident satisfaction and retention.  Being helpful and responsive to residents’ needs will help ensure that they experience a high quality of community living and feeling of home.  Utilizing strong organizational and follow-up skills, you will be an integral part of helping the Resident Services Associate, Service Manager and Assistant Community Manager achieve their goals.

    • Drive resident satisfaction - Communicate with residents on a daily basis in person, by phone and by email regarding property, repairs, rent, policies, etc.  Listen and respond to requests, concerns and comments.  Resolve or assist with the resolution of problems as they arise and ensure that appropriate follow up has occurred. 
    • Assist Service Manager in managing resident service requests - Assist the Service Manager by acting as the point of contact for residents and vendors regarding service to the community.  Take requests for service from the residents, coordinate the service with the service team, and document it in the MRI software system.
    • Assist with achieving occupancy goals - Assist the Resident Services Associate with lease renewals to ensure a high resident retention rate.  Communicate with residents about the renewal process and assist with the administration. 
    • Assist with maximizing revenue - Assist the Assistant Community Manager with collecting rent from the residents.
    • Additional projects and/or duties as assigned by the Community Manager and Service Manager

    • Basic maintenance knowledge is a plus
