IMT is expanding the Training team with the addition of an Operations Trainer! In addition to facilitating our current customer service, sales, soft skill and technology training programs, the Trainer will help develop curriculum for service associates and managers. The Trainer could be based in any market in which IMT operates (Los Angeles, Phoenix, Denver, Dallas, Austin, Houston, Miami, Orlando, Tampa, Atlanta, Nashville).
The Operations Trainer will organize, schedule and enthusiastically facilitate engaging training sessions in support of business objectives for our community associates. The Operations Trainer should be considered a resource for all IMT associates and will be responsible for training all skill levels from new hires to experienced managers on topics including sales, customer service, soft skills, technical content, and operational procedures.
