    Position Overview

    The Accounts Receivable Analyst reports directly to the AR Supervisor.  This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to become part of our growing organization. The schedule for this position is 8:30AM - 5:30PM.

    • Review and process resident move-out statements (SODAs) for each region within the legal timeframe
    • Ensure all documents are included and the information is accurate
    • Work with Assistant Community Managers and Community Managers to get the necessary information in a timely manner
    • Ensure refunds are issued in a timely manner
    • Track monies owed and submit files for collections
    • Prepare weekly and monthly reports
    • Work with AR Supervisor and Regional Managers regarding training opportunities
    • Review, process and charge all appropriate returned items and NSF fees received from Wells Fargo On-Line and those being returned via the IMT Portal. Code (description) and e-mail affected community staff.
    • Other projects, as needed

    Please apply if you have:

    • 1+ years AR experience or property management experience as a Leasing Consultant or Assistant Community Manager
    • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
    • Solid analytical skills including efficient problem solving and the ability to see big picture concepts
    • Detail orientation and organizational skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability and desire to work in a team environment
    • Availability for overtime as needed

    It is a plus, if you also have:

    • Accounting coursework
    • MRI software experience
