    Position Overview

    The AP Manager provides direction to a 7 person team to achieve optimum efficiency and effectiveness of our AP processes.

    • Lead the processing of 13,000 invoices and 5,500 checks each month
    • Ensure a high level of service to internal and external customers
    • Support and ensure adherence to procedures, processes and internal controls
    • Continuously look for improvements for greater efficiencies and controls
    • Oversee the daily cash management of multiple entities
    • Ensure that all pcard expenses are processed and reconciled
    • Oversee vendor set up and maintenance
    • Prepare and analyze various reports
    • Process 1099s for multiple entities

    Please apply if you have:

    • AP management experience in a high volume, fast paced environment
    • Accounting education and/or experience preferred
    • General ledger understanding
    • Strong leadership and coaching skills
    • Effective communication skills
    • Ability to organize, prioritize and meet deadlines
    • Ability to analyze situations, evaluate processes, look for improvements, and implement solutions
    • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office including intermediate to advanced Excel
    • MRI and Ops proficiency is a plus
