    Position Overview

    IMT has created a new role that encompasses recruiting and associate engagement! This Recruiting & Engagement Specialist will help drive the success of IMT by identifying talented people to work at our corporate office and performing a variety of tasks supporting associate engagement and company culture development. 

     

    To be successful in recruiting, your ability to paint a compelling picture of IMT as an employer of choice will draw people to us for their next career opportunity.  An analytical mind and high quality interviewing skills will help you evaluate and select the best people.  Interpersonal savvy and effective communication will be utilized in building productive relationships with the hiring managers.

     

    To be successful in engagement, your passion for developing the IMT associate experience, ability to analyze information from a variety of sources to see trends, and creative thinking to help develop solutions will be utilized to help create an environment in which people will enthusiastically want to continue working with IMT toward their personal and the company's success.

    • Source candidates for a variety of positions at our Sherman Oaks corporate office
    • Guide candidates through the process and generate excitement about a potential career with IMT
    • Conduct interviews by phone and in person to identify people to forward to the hiring managers with a focus on quality, not quantity
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to support them in the interviewing, selection and hiring process
    • Maintain information in iCIMS applicant tracking system
    • Conduct orientation for new corporate associates
    • Conduct check-in and exit surveys for associates nationwide, evaluate the information, look for trends and contribute to identifying solutions to make IMT an even better place to work
    • Write engaging, professional and clear content such as job postings and social media posts
    • Support the performance review process nationwide
    • Support the IMTeam cultural program by helping to develop content and communication
    • Perform additional projects with the Senior Recruiter and Director of Recruiting to further develop processes and tools

    Please apply if you have:

    • Recruiting or human resources experience
    • Bachelor's degree
    • HR coursework or PHR/SPHR is a plus
    • Passion for talent acquisition and associate engagement
    • The ability to connect with a variety of people in person, by email and by phone
    • Positive and upbeat attitude
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Relationship developing and influencing skills
    • Confidence in making decisions about whether or not a candidate is a good fit for a position and IMT
    • Excellent organization and follow-through with people and tasks
    • Ability to juggle multiple job openings and projects
    • Availability for light travel
