    RIATA is hiring an Assistant Village Manager for Riata Rock Creek, 306-unit community.

     

    RIATA is a completely unique community consisting of 2,044 apartment homes spread across 160 lushly landscaped acres and centralized around a beautiful Town Center. Set among a tranquil lakeside setting with lush natural greenbelts, miles of trails, and loaded with impressive features and amenities, RIATA possesses a feeling more reminiscent of a luxurious resort than the average apartment community. 

     

     

     

    Position Overview

    The Assistant Village Manager assists the Village Manager in ensuring a positive working environment, quality community living, and a high standard of operations to meet IMT’s objectives. 

    • Assist residents and provide outstanding customer service that will build lasting relationships
    • Perform bookkeeping including rent collection, delinquency and outstanding move-out balances
    • Renew existing leases
    • Conduct property inspections and ensure apartments are ready for move in
    • Stay abreast of Fair Housing laws and regulations
    • Use MRI software to enter information and pull various reports
    • Additional projects and/​or duties as assigned by Village Manager

    • Multi-family housing experience
    • General knowledge of property bookkeeping and the desire to learn more about financials
    • Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to connect with a variety of people
    • Verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong organizational, multi-tasking and problem solving skills
    • The ability to work well in a high volume and sometimes stressful environment
    • The ability to make sound business decisions
    • A positive attitude, and the desire to learn and develop your skills
    • College education helpful
    • Availability to work weekends may be required because that is when many customers and your team may need you
    • Computer skills with MRI experience a plus
