Position Overview

The Revenue Management Coordinator provides the Revenue Manager and the Director of Revenue Management with information and support to achieve the department's goals of developing and executing sound pricing strategies for our apartment communities.

  • Collect, verify and enter market survey data into LRO revenue management software
  • Investigate and respond to all IT requests regarding LRO, maintain working document of requests, and identify areas of improvement
  • Prepare renewal pricing worksheets for Revenue Manager
  • Maintain reports of pricing for renovated units
  • Update forms, worksheets and informational materials for property management associates
  • Prepare rental pricing, renewal and benchmarking reports for Revenue Manager and Director of Revenue Management
  • Prepare budget templates
  • Attend weekly pricing calls to gain market knowledge

Please apply if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree; coursework in finance, real estate, economics or accounting helpful
  • Multifamily industry and/or revenue management experience helpful
  • Strong analytical skills including financial analysis, statistical analysis and business case development
  • Methodical and detail oriented approach to tasks
  • Time management and organizational skills while working with deadlines
  • Technology skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Internet research; MRI, Yardi, LRO or Yieldstar experience or knowledge of SQL queries and report writing helpful
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
