It is an exciting time for IMT as we expanded in the Nashville market! We are hiring a Resident Services Associate for IMT Cool Springs, 860-unit luxury community in Franklin.

Position Overview

As a Resident Services Associate, your main focus is resident satisfaction and retention.  Being warm, helpful, pleasant and responsive to their needs during the course of their residency through move-out will help ensure that they experience a high quality of community living and feeling of home. 

  • Communicate with residents and address any concerns brought to your attention
  • Promote positive reviews on social media, maintain IMT's rating standards, and respond to reviews as needed
  • Promote and manage the resident referral program
  • Assist the Assistant Community Manager with rent collection
  • Plan resident events
  • Monitor the community regularly for adherence to lease policies and address issues as needed
  • Manage lease renewals to ensure a high resident retention rate
  • Facilitate the move-out process
  • Stay abreast of Fair Housing laws and regulations
  • Additional projects and/​or duties as assigned by the Community Manager

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • The ability to work well in a high volume and sometimes stressful environment
  • The ability to work well within a team setting
  • A positive attitude, and the desire to learn and develop your skills
  • College education helpful
  • Availability to work weekends because that is when many customers need you
