It is an exciting time for IMT as we expand into the Nashville market! We are hiring a Service Coordinator for IMT Cool Springs, 860-unit luxury community in Franklin.

Position Overview

As a Service Coordinator, you will provide outstanding customer service to our residents.  You will be the person in charge of collecting maintenance service requests, ensuring they are logged properly in our system, and communicating requests with the maintenance team.  Being warm, helpful, pleasant and responsive to residents’ needs will help ensure that they experience a high quality of community living and feeling of home.  Utilizing strong organizational and follow-up skills, you will be an integral part of helping the maintenance associates perform their jobs well.

  • Communicate with residents in person, by phone and by email
  • Handle maintenance service requests and bring any urgent issues to the maintenance team's attention
  • Enter and close out service request in the MRI software system
  • Update information in MRI
  • Assist the Service Manager with daily maintenance scheduling
  • Handle all incoming packages for the community and resident pick up
  • Additional projects and/​or duties as assigned by the Community Manager and Service Manager

  • 1+ years customer service experience
  • Basic maintenance knowledge is a plus
  • The ability to connect with a variety of people
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • The ability to work well in a high volume and sometimes stressful environment
  • The ability to work well within a team setting
  • A positive attitude, and the desire to learn and develop your skills
  • College education helpful
  • Computer literacy including Microsoft office programs
